It gives me immense pleasure to congratulate Sudesh Sharma, President and her associates of Art and Rhythm Foundation, who are organizing “Civil Reception” functionto honour “War-Widows” (Veeranganas) and bringing out the souvenir for the event “SARHADEIN” in the sweet memory of Sh. Anil Kumar Sharma, Second-in Command of BSF.
“Art and Rhythm” Foundation is constantly sensitizing and highlighting social issue by holding National and International events. The art performed by the artist to transform social issues into an art to get social changes and to set up minds of youngsters towards soldiers and their families who have made the supreme sacrifices, is indeed a work for noble cause.
