It is heartening to learn that Art & Rhythm Foundation is organizing a CIVIC RECEPTION and function to honour and felicitate the Country’s bravest Women, Widows of the Soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice for our Nation. I salute these women, who despite the challenges strive to live of dignity and honour. Such is patriotism of these ‘Veeranganas’ that they raise their children only with the intent to offer them in the service of the Nation once again.

I would therefore, like to congratulate Ms. Sonali Sharma, well known Kathak exponent and a disciple of Renowned Guru, RajenderGangani of Jaipur Gharana who encountering such challenges herself, has risen to hold this most value creating event, Sarhadein, to champion the cause of these underprivileged but truly brave and virtuous women of India. The self-reflecting photo exhibition by eminent artist and the felicitation of the ‘War Widows’ will surely make the citizens of entire India proud of the event.
