I am glad to know that Art &Rhythm Foundation is organizing a “CIVIC RECEPTION” to honour “War-Widows” (Veeranganas) and to felicitate Women of Courage for their distinguished service to the nation and society, on Monday, the 28th December 2015 at Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi-110001.
I convey my best wishes for “SARHADEIN” which is a dance-drama by well-known “Kathak exponent”, Sonali Sharma, disciple of Guru RajenderGangani of “Jaipur Gharana” where the focus will be on the contribution of such women whose undying love for the country becomes a beautiful example and a source of inspiration for others. I have also been informed that ‘soul-searching’ photo exhibition by eminent artists is being organized on the above theme.
